Terms of Service

By accessing or using Rivos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rivos. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of the content you stream, upload or post. By sharing content on Rivos, you grant us a limited license to host, display, transmit and promote that content on the platform.

You represent that your content does not violate any law or anyone else’s rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

You may not use Rivos to:

• harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against others;
• share illegal, violent, sexually explicit or hateful content;
• impersonate another person or mislead viewers about your identity;
• manipulate metrics, inflate viewership or engage in fraud;
• circumvent security measures or interfere with the platform;
• violate any applicable law or regulation.

Rivos does not allow viewbots, follow bots, chat bots, fake viewer counts, inflated metrics or any other tool or technique used to make a channel appear more popular than it really is. You may not use third-party services, scripts, software or coordinated accounts to artificially increase views, followers, chat activity, subscriber numbers, earnings or any other platform metric. Channels found manipulating numbers may be suspended, demonetized or permanently removed.

Creators who stream on Rivos must comply with our Community Guidelines, copyright policies and any additional Partner Program requirements. Earnings, payouts and subscription splits are described in the Partner Program and may change with notice.

Subscription fees, payout schedules and refund policies are described in your dashboard and in our Partner Program documentation. We may use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their errors or outages.

We may suspend or terminate your account, remove content or restrict features if you violate these terms or harm the community. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

Rivos is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you did not pay.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rivos after changes means you accept the updated terms.
