What is Rivos?
Rivos is a live streaming platform where creators can broadcast to their audience, chat in real time, build a following and earn through subscriptions and the Partner Program.
How do I start streaming?
Sign up, then visit the Creator dashboard. You can set your channel name, upload a thumbnail and banner, and copy your stream key into OBS or any RTMP broadcaster. Hit Go live when you are ready.
Do I need a powerful computer to stream?
Not necessarily. Most modern computers can stream with software encoders like OBS. A stable internet upload speed of at least 5 Mbps is recommended for a smooth broadcast.
How do subscriptions work?
Viewers can subscribe to a creator’s channel for a monthly fee set by the creator. Subscribers may receive perks defined by the creator, such as subscriber-only chat or badges.
What is the Partner Program?
The Partner Program lets eligible creators earn from their streams. Partners can set subscription tiers and accrue earnings, which are paid out monthly. Requirements include follower count, stream hours and active streaming days.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are sent once a month, at the beginning of the month. If your available balance is above the minimum, it is paid out then — there is no request to submit. Transfers are processed through the payment provider connected to the platform.
What does the verified check mark mean?
The verified badge shows that a channel has been reviewed and confirmed as authentic by Rivos. It appears on the homepage, channel cards and the channel page.
How do I report someone?
Use the report button on a channel, chat message or user profile. Our moderation team reviews every report and takes action when guidelines are violated.
Can I multistream to other platforms?
You are welcome to stream on other platforms as long as you own the content and comply with each platform’s terms. Rivos does not restrict where you broadcast.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Creator dashboard, open Settings and choose Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your channel data, but some records may be kept for legal or financial reasons.
